Four inches feathers with a 1-2 degree offset should be enough to stabilize a broadhead and way more than you need for target shooting. For some reason, many new archers seem to believe they need 5 or even 5 1/2" helical fletches. These are like fluflu arrows and will really destroy the mid-long range trajectory. The only advantage to large fletches is compensation for poorly spined arrows. I would recommend you spend the time to properly spine your arrows, even if you are only interested in shooting short distances. Sooner or later you will end up shooting with damaged fletching or shooting with wet feathers. If your arrows are properly spined, you will be able to shoot well without relying on the oversized fletching.

i like the way that 5 in fletching looks compared to 4 inch...
i use fletch tite platnum (cant spell, look over it), but ive been lead to the Fletch Tape and i like it a lot, not got to field test it much but hopefully itll work great...
get left wing if you want a lot of different colors. and use cap wraps, best things on the market, the reflective ones anyways...

I have been using turk feathers, 4" banana chop at 90 degrees. Works very well off the shelf and no need to concern about nock right or wrong. I second the praise of fletch tape.

I use 4 inch Left Wing featherover an arrow wrap. I use a substantial amount of helical on a Bitzenburger jig and use saunders tape to place the feathers on the shafts, It works great and is super fast for fletching a shaft.
