Temp does not make much of a diffrence, I have left them overnight when it was 65 degrees for a low and the meat was fine. Coyotes would be my only concern, leave her and let us know. Shawn

Other than the coyote concern, waiting is almost always the wisest choice. 8 hours longer than necessary is much better than five minutes too soon.
