Beautiful bows, great shooters, short build time, awesome customer response by South Cox. I bought one this summer and love it. Do a search here and you can see pics and discussions on the Stalker Recurves. Good luck with your search for a great recurve...Stalker's should be in the hunt!

Hey David,

I've got nothing but great things to say about South and his bows.  I made the switch to his bows earlier this year.  Since then, I've sold all my other bows.
He also has a test "drive program" if you want to try the bow before you decide to buy one. He has a facebook fan page (Stalker Recurves) that he just started. You can check that out for additional pics and info.

Let me know if I can answer any additional questions!

Here is a link to a post comparing his 56" and 58" Recurve.

South is a class act...I am the fine owner of a 58 inch Stealth and can't wait to get it in the woods again  :)

I own a 62" 67 lb Stalker equipped with a sweet custon FF string from Ryan! and I love it. Beautiful to look at...smooth and fast and hits right where I'm aiming!!

South makes a great bow and hes a good guy to deal with!

I highly recomend a "Stalker"!

Pete-
Shooting Stalkers keeps us busy when the swells are down!

We actually have a Hawaiian Legend "Pikoi and His Magic Arrows"  Here is a link to one of the stories.    http://www.nativehawaii.com/legends/pikoi_magicarrows.php

On the subject of surfing....isn't time for Tanner to get a surfing lesson?   ;)

I just received my 56" Stalker Wednesday. It shoots great, I have no regrets. South is a great guy to deal with.

I have known South most of my life and i never met a more honest hard working person out there when it comes to famliy and work he puts his heart into it and it shows with the bows he builds. Im very fortunate to be able to watch him build bows and he is like a kid at christmas all smiles when he is in his bow shop. He truly loves what he does . I have two Strikers with Ryans strings on them they shoot like a dream and he is building a schleyer for me i cant wait to see how it turns out.If you have any questions i can throw them at him if you want

I've got one and absolutely love it. My shooting has also improved since I got it....although that might be because I like it so much I never shoot my other bows anymore. I was bad to swap from bow to bow before....

Great guy to deal with for sure.

Lil Brother,

Yes...Tanner is ready to hit the surf. I think a father and son trip to Hawaii is in our furure. Tanner says if you teach him to surf...he will let you come shoot an elk with daddy...huh...that sounds like a good trade!
