New Toy
« on: October 21, 2010, 08:49:00 PM »
here's my new bow from james parker.  this is one of his vagabonds.  it is 54" long and draws 51#@28".  the riser woods are padauk and brazilian walnut.  i've been shooting this bow for about a week now and it shots spot on out to over 30 yards.  i started with 3555 goldtips weighing around 450gr. but i think it prefers 30.5" 5575 with 175gr. points.  i had been saving the copperhead skins for a special bow and i beleive this one fits the bill nicely.  enjoy!

That's a good looking bow and it looks like it shoots well too.

Neat looking bow. That riser design looks familiar.

That's a beauty! I like the riser design, and she certainly looks more than worthy of those skins.

Nice bow!

Jake, do you REALLY need another bow?  :saywhat:

Very nice.

James is a top-notch guy and a heck of a bowyer.  Nice looking bow.  His website is:
