Well, from what you are saying, it looks like you are limited to two choices. Morrison and Dryad appear to be the only ones that offer a limb in an XL or XXL which you will need to get to the bow length that you want.
A couple things to consider.
1. No Limbs will shoot an arrow with a "flat trajectory" to 30 meters.
2. I'm only guessing here but if you are looking for the "flattest possible" you will be looking to shoot light arrows. (6-8gpp range) The only ILF longbow limb that I am aware of that warrants to that weight is Tradtech and they don't make an XL or XXL so you won't get to 64", only 62".
3. Maybe Morrison or Dryad will weigh in on what their minimum gpp is under warranty.
Looks like you might have to make some concessions somewhere.
