Mr. Mudd,
If you would not mind my asking, how much does the trailer weigh?
If not too much, might be able to tow one behind our Alaskan Mule.  Hmmmmmmmmmmm.
Best Wishes

I would guess it's between 500 and 600 lbs. I can tell you that it's like I don't have anything behind the Ranger.(4 cylinder)

Mudd,

Thats pretty handy right therrr. Great job. How many does it sleep? I bet you can pick these up for a decent price.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,

Unless it's my wife with me, it sleeps one...lol

It will sleep two after I get another door cut into the other side and put in a bundle board...lol

They are not as cheap as I thought they would or should be....lol
I got a deal on this one as it was made from scratch by my friend and fellow tradgang member Loyd Lippert.

Thanks again for the nice words.

Mudd,

Nice little teardrop trailer you got there.  Also, cool decorations.

I can't see why more folks don't build more of these little old style campers for hunting and camping. Takes nothing to tow them and all you really need is a place to flop at night. Butt a colapsable canopy to the entry and you got a place to sit out of the rain.

I'm in the process of making one now. Got the axle and wheels....fixing to start on the frame. Your bud did a good job.

Typed that post and later remembered a book mark I saved from a teardrop trailer builder site.

This guy needed a portable hunting shack, on a budget. I think he built it for $250 and stuff he had laying around.  Not much to look at but serves him well on his hunting land.
