Repeat or "traditional rubs"
« on: November 09, 2010, 09:56:00 AM »
I've been watching this rub for the past few years and thought I'd share a picture of it. It been rubbed every year since I found it my first year hunting which was seven seasons ago. Does anyone have any idea why the deer repeatedly hit this tree? There's other rubs in the area but nothing like this.

Sign post rub tree. Got one on my property which I have seen ALL size bucks "hit". Don't know its scientific purpose, maybe to acknowledge" I'm here too"
