Same here around KC. It's supposed to be cold this weekend so it should turn these bucks crazy. It will be a good time to be in the woods!!!

We had bucks chasing does here in central eastern KS. yesterday right by us and around us and two bucks circling each other acting like a fight but they didn't.
Here's double beam #2 with a broken g2 coming by chasing does
Charlie Lamb on the stand
More chasing yesterday
Searching for does.
This morning we saw 5 bucks searching but not much else, Pretty slow we will see about tonight
Good luck and hang in there!!

John - good luck out there - keep us posted. I was up to Hockenberry's last week and saw 20 bucks for the week but never loosed an arrow. A couple of good ones but couldn't close the deal.

North of Alta Vista there is a lot of movement but nothing of much size. I am off of mill creek so the genetics are poorer and the rifle hunters in pick ups are poor hell on anything with ears. The activity on my trail cams is really picking up with a lot of movement during the day. the cold weather this weekend should really get them going.

We are close to madness here in south central. Lots of activity but not full out yet. I always say, 14 to the 18th. That is the 5 I would pick if I had to pick. Sure glad I dont.

Yep. That's what the larger bucks look like in my area . . . a blur in afterburners.
Great images. Thanks for posting them.
