IFL bow and rest?

I am working on getting a Warf bow and was wondering what others think is a good rest/plunger for a Black Bear Warf bow? Should I use a rest or shoot off the shelf? I have a Bear Grizzly that I shoot off the shelf with but I have never used a rest on a trad bow. Thanks

I use a NAP flipper rest II and a felt chair leg pad from wal-mart on my Titan, I have plenty of clearance for vanes.

Flipper rest mentioned above is good. You may also look at the weather rest too if you don't want to use the plunger.

If you want to use a plunger, a good inexpensive combo is a ST-300 rest and a short barrel Cartel plunger. If no plunger, a Bear Weather Rest is about as simple and bulletproof as it gets.
If you have never shot a trad bow with a elevated rest, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. IMHO

I like a plunger and an elevated rest. I currently have a NAP center rest on mine but also use the ARE rest and have a couple of T-300 on order...PR

If going with an ILF riser, don't make the mistake of NOT shooting off a rest. If you shoot a rest and plunger, the accuracy is going to blow your mind. Save the shelf for your Grizzly. I love switching back and forth from simple trad gear to ILF metal risered recurves. Lots O Fun!!

I use the micro tune rest that used to come with HOYTS AND SPRINGIES.I got a bunch of them so will never run out. Some are spring loaded like a plunger and some just fine tune L/R..Can even just use stick on rest with them.
