DXH, the important things are the total weight of your arrows and how well tuned they are. Higher point weight will increase your FOC, i.e. make the balance point of the arrow closer to the point, and lots of people here who shoot carbons think that extreme FOC is important. Personally, I think that as long as the point end of the arrow is heavier than the fletching end, you can tune to good arrow flight and performance on game.
I think you're asking too much to try to build or buy bows to match your arrows instead of the other way around.
When you get your new bow built, you will be able to choose the proper arrows by testing. There are too many variables to figure it out in advance.
