I don't have any .32 cases but I have a bunch of 9mm in the reloading room.
I got one of them and put it in my powder scale and added #8 birdshot until I had a total weight of 125 gr.
Next i poured the shot into the case. The shot took up a lot of case space so I held it with a pair of pliers and stuck it over the flame on the kitchen stove. After it melted the lead had settled enough to slip a good ways onto the shaft.
The shell casing was still a bit loose so I took the pliers and kind of tapped the edge down until it was snug. It wasn't real loose as is and I'm thinking gorrila glue should do the trick since it expands as it dries. I'll try that tomarrow.
