I shot a doe with one awhile back, it didnt go in very far because I centered a rib. I feel a longer broadhead is a better option for stickbows. The angle is to steep for me and I will never use them again. I was not impressed.
I centered a rib once with a woodsman and it still blew clear through the deer. Long and lean is the way to go.

I haven't used the stainless steel ones you mentioned, but I did use the standard screw-in 125 grain Snuffers once. I shot four goats in one day, and all four were pass-throughs. Mind, that was with 68# @ 29" of Black Widow SAIII, and 620 grain total-weight carbon arrows.

I've killed quite a few with the Snuffer SS. I think they're a good head, but I just switched to the WW Elites. Did some pentration testing with each head and the Woodsman was significantly more efficient. I may still carry the SS as a back up in my pack, but the WW will be gracing my quiver.

I swore by them till I seen the blood trails from the Stingers 125gr. with bleeder blades.
Just like the penatration better with Stingers.

You can use that SnufferSS head with confidence! I've taken 3 bull elk with it, it's a killing machine with excellent penetrating values even out of the 55# longbow I used with them. On a scale of 1 thru 10 I'd give them a 10, it's one of the best heads I've used. Just razor them up out of the package & you will not be disappointed!

There are much better choices available. You will get quite a bit more penetration out of a longer head that has a higher mechanical advantage.
