I got one of his L/B in a trade last week.

I liked the feel of the bow right off.

Have been shooting it for 2 to3 hours a day all week. This will be my new hunting bow for the foreseeable future..

Smooth draw, hits like a sledgehammer, dead in the hand, and to me most important whisper quite.

Hope this helps..

Later.....Buzz

Thier excellant bows!I Cant find anything to complain about them.Kens a great guy and builds a mighty fine longbow.Thier definatly quick bows.I like his design and it has a few unique features. He takes pride in his work and it shows in his design and the quality workmanship. You can count on your bow being tillered perfectly before it leaves his shop.I think he has a natural instinct for bowbuilding!

He has had much experience building boats and repairing boats before he became a bowyer.I think some of the lessons learned thier and those experiences helped him with bowbuilding. He does some cool custom touches on his bows.

I like his single carbon model. If you consider ordering one I would recommend it.If you like a longer hybrid he builds one of the best IMO.

Thiers alot of excellant bowyers these days and I would include Ken on that list no doubt. He pushes the envelope and is quite creative.

He will treat you right.

Honestly....he's one of the best bowyers out there. I have number 5 coming this week. I've shot a lot and I mean a lot of bows and kens are the BEST. I've never seen someone pay so much attention to every little detail in a bow. He will not let anything leave his shop that isn't perfect. You will not find a better lead time or better prices than kens. He is in contact with you every step of the way during your bow building process. The centaurs and the whippensticks are the fastest bows I have ever shot and one is noticeably faster than the other out of the 2. Can't go wrong with whippenstick bows.

Endless loop strings, heavy bows, and wood and only wood arrows...my kind of archery!
