Arrow spine

If a guy was to buy some carbons to shoot outta a 45#@28" (drawn 29")kodiak hunter that has shot 2016 aluminums cut 30" with 125gr up front real nice; what spine carbon do yall think would be a good bet?

Carbon Express heritage 90's or 150's. The 150's would have to have a 100 gr insert plus your 125 tip and you might need to leave full length as well.

Beman ICS 500. You could probably get good results with an even softer 600.

2016 has a .500 spine deflection.
