Reducing longbow poundage???
« on: June 02, 2007, 07:03:00 PM »
I've got a longbow that I would like to get the weight down a few pounds.. Its 59# @ 29
I actualy shoot 28" draw. But I still would like to get it around 46-50?
Any bowyers out there that would possibly do this?  Or would it be worth the trouble?
Thanks

Gary, if possible start with the one who built the bow. If not maybe someone here knows someone who can do it. Frank
