what calls if any are used in late season/winter bow?

I dont use any calls at all just look for the main trail, or a good funnel early evening or morning and sit on it.

A bunch of us here at Trad Gang have done winter bow hunts here in NJ together as a group. We did quiet a few drives to get the deer moving. You can look up NJ Winter Bow here at Trad Gang, There are some pictures too. We had some fun that's for sure.

Like mystic said.  I will use some light fawn or light bleats.  Nothing loud or aggressive.

NO CALLS!      :readit:     Door slams , Portable tree stands[noise],human talking.etc etc      :banghead:     . SLOW QUIET PUSHES!!! STALK! They are keying on NOISE AND MOTION! Better to solo hunt!     :archer:     Slow and easy.Best bet snow on the ground BAIT! They stop being nocturnal and come to the feed.They panic when there is snow on the ground.!!! That's if you want to wack one!     :archer:   FOOD SOURCES!!!!!  NO BAIT? Look for anything green they will eat it! They will not stray far from food! SOUTH EAST EXPOSURE!!! Look for them yarded up in the SUN!!!!

Late season in montana, I use very little calling. Grunt/Wheeze or some times fawn bleat. Mainly to change direction of the prey.
