Wow, my cousin just GAVE me his Thunderstick mag!!! Its 60" 56# @ 28". There's not a scratch on it! He doesn't really shoot or hunt anymore, and just gave it to me. I've never shot one before. It's a really nice looking bow. I can't wait for it to get light out so I can fling a few arrows with it.

Jamie, If I can figure out how to send pics, I'll get'em right out.
The same cousin is also going to make me a self bow. He's also an excellent flint knapper who gave me a half dozen flint tipped shafts.
Sorry Mudd, even if I wont be able to shoot it, its still a beautiful thing to look at!!

Your year is starting off pretty good for sure.

Well, I just shot it. It shoots just as sweet as it looks. first shot, at 10 yrds rght in the bullseye. I went out to 15. My only bad shots were when i dropped my bow arm. I just happened to have a dozen woodies that match this bow. I've always had a bit of a problem shooting a low wrist grip, but this one seems to have been molded to my hand. I guess I lucked out!!!
