new bow and arrows need advice

Hey fellows after getting great advice on here on how to get started in tradional archery I've decided on a samick deer master t/d recurve with 35 pound limbs.I need to find the right arrows for this poundage.My draw is between 26 and half to 27 inches.I was thinking about the easton axis arrows in 500 or 600 size with the 75 grain brass inserts for more weight up front.If these arrows sound about right to yall with this poundage would this setup be enough for turkey hunting?As I get familar with the bow and learn how to shoot properly I was thinking about new limbs in the 40 to 45 pounds later on for deer hunting.All suggestions would be greatley appreciated.

Make sure before you start hunting that you check your state laws and minumum poundage needed to hunt. In Ohio you need at least 45#s to hunt with.

well one thing u need to realize is at your draw ur bow will probably be around only 30lbs. i use the easton gamegetter alum. for now but im gonna get into woodies. the gamegettters are affordable and tough. ive bent 3 and i shoot a barn and a steel pole that actually caused them to bend. im not sure exactly on spine but urs sounds close to but u should check out stu millers calculator because theres alot more variables like sting type that have an effect on the spine you need. as for enough for turkey dont under estimate them because there small. there actually quite tough as ive seen an arrow bounce off the with with a #45 reecurve. its all about shot placement and a good sharp 2 blade head for the most penatration. also uneed to check out the regulations in your state because they might have a minimum draw wieght to hunt turkeys and deer and such. im sure others will jump in on this to help you out. also theres nothing wrong with samic, i have a red stag and absolutely LOVE it.

After You get Your Bow, Get a set of Test arrows (3Rivers) and see what flies the best. Work on form first. When you start to get your form down Your draw length might change and when you go up in limb pounds You'll need new arrows anyway.

Just starting off I would say start with Aluminum arrows first, then move to either wood or carbon or even stay with Aluminum..

cedar shafts are twice as expensive as spruce, at least in germany.
whats the reason and are they worth the extra money?

im not positive on that fing. i figure they have to import cedar and im not sure if they grow spruse in germany or not.

I would go with a different arrow starting out,35# and you draw around 26.5"-27".You will be drawing around 32# approximately.I would pick a Gold Tip Entrada 600,they cost less then the Axis and you can use all the same componets as the larger Gold Tip's.You can use the 50 or 100 gr. brass inserts.I would start full length with the weight up front you want to shoot.You might also want to try some aluminum like maybe a 1716 since you are shooting a light weight bow starting out,they would even be less the carbons.Then you can go to carbons when you move up in weight.Just some thoughts

Thanks gang for all the info.I think I'll try the Gold Tip Entrada 600's since the local archery shop is a goldtip dealer.I will check for the legal poundage here in Ky for hunting.As for now I will definatly work on proper shooting form and enjoy my journey in tradional archery.I would like to thank everone for there helpful responses.This site is definatley this best I've seen everyone is here to help.I think I'm finding tradional shooters are more into helping each other and enjoying the journey than just trying to make the record books and thats refreshing. First quality cedar is in short supply. Most of the cedar shafts today would have been seconds or worse 20 yrs ago.
