around 600 grains for my 29.5" parallel poc woodies outta 55# holding weight, w/190 grains up front.

for lighter weight bows of 50# and under. it's tough to fine really good 11/32" woodies of any wood genus that are high in spine and low in weight.  much harder still to mess with arrow balance.

The only cedar I have are the old ACME shafts. With 145-160gr heads and tail tapered they run about 600grs. I've been hunting with Surewoods though. They run about the same weight. Out of a 55# recurve they are a good combo!

I shoot 600 gr total weight, 125 in the point, with my 60# Jack Howard Jet. This is my current dozen and my point weight varies depending on the dozen. But I alway shoot for 9.5gpp to 10gpp with any given set up.
