How is bowhunting in France? I got an invitation to come to Perpignan to shoot some big, mean, nasty hogs.....but they seem to taste great! I can smell the bacon already....
I am really looking forward for that..
How is the hunt arranged there? Do you need any paperwork or do you have to pay much???? [/b]
hello TBM = Traditional Bowhunter Magazine, in all of it you read a bow test report
Bowhunting in france is 100 % OK and legal since 1995, same opening time for every body and same right ou reglementation as for rifle, quite unique in europe so far
You need to show an hunting licence from your country to get a licence yo hunt for some days it's not very expensive. If you are the guest of somebody that will cost you nothing
there are private ou national forest place where you can pay a lot to hunt ...
Hunting is still on many many place under the controll of Village Hunter s association, cheap tax to get in but the problem is if you're not from the place ... if you are the grandson of a well know hunter from the past in this valley it's will be easy but if you're not living there and coming from nowhere it's very difficult to get in ...
