New bow finished for Kansas Turkey Hunt(pics added)
« on: January 28, 2011, 11:17:00 AM »
I'm finally going to KS for a turkey hunt this spring so I used that as an excuse to build myself a short little bow for in the blind. I already posted it in the bench, but though some of you would like to see it too. Osage accented with canebreak skin and whitetail antler tip overlays. 57in. ntn and 60@26. Thanks,
Dave

I don't know where I'll be hunting yet. I'll be going with a cousin that goes every year and he has all the detail. I will get the pics fixed sometime today.

How cool is that? Way!!! I'm saying...

Nice work Dave!!

I think I need to find something to trade you so you will make me one of your shooters.

The only self bow I shoot at all any more is John Jr. and him being 80 plus lbs I don't do it much...lol

Hmmm... I need to look around, I might still own one or two. I haven't checked in my upper storage area in a while.

Seems to me that there's a faint glimmer of a thought.... maybe... I'll check it out...lol

Anyway great job Dave!!

God bless,Mudd
