I have a 3 piece, metal riser Grove Spitfire.
I am wondering if there is anyone out there that can make limbs for this bow and/or that can modify the riser to accept the ILF limbs ?

I suggest you contact Mike at Mad Dog Archery.
He does that kinda custom work.

Thanks Hawkeye
But, I am just looking to see if I can retro fit some modern limbs on the one I have.

I read somewhere that you can make a non-adjustable ILF out of a Groves riser by putting bushings on the limb bolts and drilling a hole in the limb to match the pin location on the riser. I was thinking about watching out for a cheap set of limbs and trying it on one of my risers. I think Tradtech has kit with the bushings and some other bits and pieces.

You may have a hard time finding limbs that will outperform the Groves limbs.
