I recently received several samples of the wolfskin from GWW.  The samples are varied based upon the year of manufacture.  There is more nap to this fabric than the "old" wolfskin.  Rubbing it between my fingers I was able in short order to raise more than a bit of fuzz.  The latest version is completely different, (think polyester pants), and held up to the light is somewhat see-through.  I'm not doubting GWW or the material in general, however, the reputation of GWW's wolfskin is great but perhaps not garnered by these newer versions.  I was completely set to order a new set until I received the samples.  Now I'm not so sure.  For the price I think I may wait a year or so and see how the new stuff pans out.  I do have to add that their customer service is above and beyond, and I'm in no way questioning GWW, but like all companies there are isssues with fabric suppliers and I sincerely hope that the new stuff lives up to the great standard that was set.

Just take a pair of levis and use a magic marker on them.  It's seldom that your pants need to be camo.  If I could figure out how to post photos I'd show you a couple of me w/muleys in which I have levis on.  These were spot and stalk hunts.

Just an aside, but why would you want cotton?
