How to quiet a bow

I have a bob lee takedown that is a real thrummer. I tried some new things to quiet it and came up with some cool results. Did basic stuff, raised brace ht and took off beaver balls and went back to musk ox. tried brush buttons for string slap but the bottom one was cut off quickly by the string. So I tried adding mini limbsavers below string grooves to reduce string slap and since they come in packs of 4 I put one 3" away from riser on each limb. Really works very quiet by comparison to it's previous self. I am not into these types of techy items but....it works!

Agreed on the arrow weight, I shoot alot of 3-d and keep those arrows lite at 475 gr, about 8.4 gr/Lb. Am working with a 575 gr for hunting and am impressed with it's flight and sound dampening. I am point loading them and seeing about a 4-5" loss of point of impact at 20 yds. Acceptible for me. What is a bow Hush puppy?

Have been shooting a Bob Lee Classic T/D since 2002, 60"/55#. I have been using 4 silencers (either yarn or cat wiskers), two on top and two on the bottom. With a brace height of 7 7/8 and an arrow weight of 570gr, the bow shoots as quiet as any bow I've shot.
