He will get back to ya, just sit tight. He's swamped right at the moment and usually answers emails at night. I got a response the very next morning. Wish I could help with the brace height, but I'm still dreaming about my first Big Jim's Thunderchild myself.

Surely somebody on Trad Gang has a Buffalo that could help ya out?

Good Luck!

Rick, I talked to Jim last week about the same thing.I have a 64" Buffalo Bow..I was told that 7 1/2" would be a good starting point..Mine likes 7 5/8" pretty well...Mike

I'd imagine he's busy.  Seems to be getting a LOT of buzz on the forums, I'm sure that's getting him a lot of business.

I shoot the 62" 1 piece at 7 and 1/8th to 7 and 3/8th inches.I mostly had it at 7 and 1/4 with heavier 575 to 600 grain arrows.

Rick- I'm sorry that I haven't replied, but I even looked back in my erased emails and couldn't find your email.

The info posted here is correct. usually between 7.25" and 7.75"
good luck, bigjim
