What kind of limb wood is this??

Hey Gents
Just received my second MOAB in the mail (used). Does any one know what kind of limb wood this is, it's pretty, but I don't know what it is.

Could be stained quilted maple?

Looks like stained quilted maple to me.

There's a pic of some gray quilted maple in this thread that looks very similar...

Quilted maple would been my first answer, but the pattern there... Sleepy might be on to something there -  a dark stained Tamo???

Looks like it might be Pommele Sapele. It may have been treated with Aqua Fortis to make such dark contrast.

Waterfall ash, tamo ash or Maybe quilted maple....all stained!
