Start with one thing. I would move the nock up first. Judging by the wear on the rear of that shelf, I think you might need that.
Are you building your own arrows ? How much glue are you using on the front edges ? Just curious. That is a huge amount of wear in only a few hundred arrows.
It is also located on the outside edge of the shelf, not where you might expect a normal arrow to lie. Almost as if the feathers and not the arrow shaft are causing the wear....or, as above, the spine is too stiff which causes the back of the arrow to bounce outward by the time it gets to the shelf.
