Stumbled upon this on the bowsite. Never heard of this stuff before. How does it compare to SI and KOM? For the price I don't think it can touch it when it comes to quality???????

First Lite is very nice stuff!
Does not compare with SI or KOM, different purpose altogather. First Lite's stuff is more your underlayers/baselayers.
Wear FL under your SI or KOM, and you would be very warm.
FL is all merino wool, wicks moisture very well, regulates body temp. very well. I wore my FL Llano shirt for 7 straight days without washing, no stink! FL merino wool is outstanding at odor control.

X2. First lite is awesome and one of the few producing merino in camo.

Not like KOM or SI but serves its purpose as base or mid layers. I have the chama and labrador. The chama is pretty much t-shirt weight but merino wool. Pricey but nice.
