Quiver suggestions for Centaur??

I would like to hear from you Centaur shooters what type of quiver is working for you.
I have a thunderhorn small fry currently installed and I like the added weight but it is playing havoc with my shooting for some reason. Thanks in advance!

I have a selway slide on that I am using. I wanted to add some extra weight to mine too, working very well, my shooting improved with it on. You may want to check and make sure your quiver is located well into the fades, I know if you get it out into the working part of the limb it can give you some strange results.

I DO NOT like the extra weight. It throws the balance off for me, and makes the bow a little stressful to carry in the field.
I like the EFA Totem quivers, as they are very light. The Totem feature binds the top and bottom halves and adds rigidity to the quiver/bow combination. I am shooting a 58" Chimera.

Kevin, I just picked up a Big Jim strap on, and it is solid. I always shot the Thunderhorn Small Fry's before and never had any issues, but the Big Jim is smaller and lighter. Great quiver!!

I have a Kanati on one that is the 4 arrow model and a six arrow Selway slide on for the other. They both work great but I like the added weight of the Kanati the best (but I like having the 2 extra arrows also.) Both are solid quivers. Jim Neaves recommended the selway to me on the phone.

I use a selway slide on but have changed the hood and now have a skookum leather hood. Lighter and smaller, I carry 5 arrows. Works well for me.

I had Jim pick out a matching Selway quiver for me. It works great. Peace!

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a Selway kicking around the house so I will give it a try.
Killie-I am also interested in the EFA you have suggested, thank you!

Best one I've owned is the Cherokee Slims (260-636-3108). It's a strap on and is as sturdy as a bolt on. Plus he'll custom made it to match you bow. Plus not more expensive than an "non-custom" quive. Send an email to
[email protected]
if you'd like to see one.

I've lost track of the Magic Bow, is it not in Fibber McGee's Closet anymore?
