Main Beam Flashlight and rechargeable batteries?

Anybody using rechargeable CR123A in their Main beam flashlight? All the rechargeable I'm finding online max out at 3.7 volts when fully charged. Don't want to blow the bulb. I carry and use this light every day so I go thru a fair number of batteries.
