arrow setup question

i am new to this great sport, and have a question for all you more experienced fellas.  

I am shooting a 45# @28 longbow, with GT 33/55 and 125gr tips.  my arrows are flying like darts. and the bow hits pretty hard (from what other guys say at a 3d shoot this weekend).  I am very happy with the arrow flight like I said, but I am worried about the weight not being enough for hunting.  

I have a couple packs of muzzy phantoms 125gr. and I am going on a hog hunt next weekend. I guess what i am wanting to know is, am i going to be ok with this setup to kill a hog with a well placed shot at a reasonable distance. I will not shoot more than 25 yards or so, because I believe that I owe it to any animal that i am going to attempt to harvest, to make it as quick and humane as it can be.

if it matters I am shooting 4 fletch arrows.

i dont have a scale but I will give you a approx. number, will that help?

arrows minus the 4 feathers, weight about 415. that is just adding the weights up from Goldtips web page

That should be ok on weight but I you never say how long your arrow are and how long you draw. If you draw 28"s and shooting those arrows around 31"s they probably spine well, but if ya cut them to 29"s they will be stiff. Even a hard R/D longbow you would need 175 grains up front if ya cut them to 29"s. I shoot a 42# Turkey Creek(hard R/D) and with the 33-55 I neede 175 up front and cut them to 30"s bop as I draw just shy of 29"s. That is just an example. Shawn

my arrows are full length, and my draw is i a hair short of 29".  i was kinda worried about the bleeders. i know they are small, but didnt know if i should take em out or just shoot with em in, or if would even make a difference for penitration?  like i said i am new to this stick bow thing

I believe a full length 35/55 (30") weighs about 400g with a 125 pt.

For deer and other light skinned critters 8-9 grains per pound is fine, so if the do weigh 400 grains and you are shooting 48#s at your draw that gives ya over 8gpp. you are fine. Keep shoots 25 yards and under and broadside or quartering for deer and you will make meat. Go have at it!! Shawn
