Danner Santiam

I have researched quite a bit on this site(and others) and have come to the conclusion that I want a pair of Santiams for my upcoming CO Elk hunt in Spet. My problem is that there is no where even remotely close to me that has them so that I can try them on. So my question is this, do they run true to size as I have a pair of Pronghorns that I have had for 6 years and they just this last deer season have started to let water in and that is the last thing I want being in the mountains for 6 days with wet feet. So if anyone has had both the Pronghorns and Santiams do you have the same size in both.
Thanks in advance for the info....

If you can't fins a sponsor who has them and can help, go with someone like a cabelas. May cost you a bit more, but they are no hassle if you have to return or exchange. I find in the long run it saves me money dealing with outfits like that.

The quest to improve is so focused on a few design aspects & compensating for hunter ineptness as to actually have reduced a bow & arrow’s effectiveness. Nothing better demonstrates this than mech. BHs & speed fixated designs

Unfortunately Cabelas does not carry the Santiam otherwise I would buy the boots from them as I agree with you, they are great if something needs to be returned...
