I always get excited when I see new antlers starting to grow! I saw 14 bulls today, as you can see some still haven't shed a most were starting this year set. Only 5 months to hunting season!!

I am! How about you? Gonna be a shot in the dark for me. Most of the birds I was watching have moved off and I haven't had time to look for them again...

Man! I was in the middle of a great study session for a calculus test(do a problem, read a thread, repeat) when you just had to send my imagination into an elk based hunting fantasy!
Nice pictures. Can you get sheds where they are? Or is it private land?

I am heading out but pretty much the same shot in the dark for me too. Know where some birds hang on private and have called a few off on occasion. Just nice to get out with bow in hand.
