using footed carbons

a few weeks ago i footed 8 cx her 150s now is this just for stumpin or for all around use paper stumpin hunting and also should my fldpts be 11-32s size so outside dia of alum is flush i believethe alum shft was a 2216 ?

I foot my G.T. Trad 35/55's w/ a piece of 2117 & I use em for everything from indoor, outdoor, 3D, Field, Hunting, stumping you name it.
Zona Custom Recurve: 60" 49# @ 27.5".
Sky Sky Hawk Recurve: 60" 47# @ 27.5".
Genesis 27:3 Now therefore, please take thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and hunt game for me.
