BigJim is as far as i know the cheapest, but dont know for sure

bigjim is the cheapest i found when i was looking around.

Big Jim x 7 or 8 or what ever it is. I'm not even 100% sure he's the cheapest but he sure is easy to deal with and has always treated me right. Can't go wrong dealing with him.

Sorry Tucker- Those are shafts only. I will tell you that you can buy the CX heritage from bowhunters super duper gigantic warehouse for $1 less than what I sell them for. They aint nearly as pretty as I am though.  :)
