the 500s @30 shot ok in the 35#er have to mess with knock heigth. then i tried them in the bearcat with a lil hunch over and a extra bend in elbow. they flew great with 125 tip. i shot with the quiver on and 6 arrows + quiver adds the weight to the bow for sure. it shot pretty much the same with the extra stuff on the bow. maybe a lil slower but not much. boy the heavier 500s @605ish @30" sure did sink in the target deeper than the 55/75s @417ish @32.5. im going to have to look into the weight tubes a bit more. im thinking 8gpi tubes soon. could it be the weight of the 500s making the arrow go nock up at release or is it the nock set height they were good side to side with the occasional bad release on my part. im still a greenhorn learning lots on the way to becoming one with a few bows . its going to be a long fun road

Glad to hear you are having fun and learning in the process, that is what it is all about! Nock up at release could be nock height but not for sure. You will have to mess with it and see if it changes anything..Henry

Sounds like you are enjoying yourself! Ya I agree it is prob. a nock location issue. just keep moving it till you find the sweet spot..and some some pics of those arrows. we'd love to see how they look.

Those 500's even at that length have to be stiff, my daughter is shooting .600s 30"s with 190 up front out of a Wing that is 40#s at 28"s she draw just shy of 28"s so about 39#s and getting perfect flight. You are definitely stiff with the 55/75s, even if you left them full length I doubt you could get enough weight up front to make them spine weak enough. Try the .600s and you will be amazed at the results. Shawn
