I built one a couple months ago and did a thread on here about it.  From my pics on there, and the pics on Trueflights site, you could come up with your own design.

If I knew how to copy a link from my boys iPod I would do it, but I'm sure someone here could help me.  It stinks not knowing how to utilize technology.  I guess that is why I like shooting longbows and wood arrows.

An easy one to build is to use a broken recurve bow as the lancher. You cut the broken part of the bow off at the fadeout, then mount it to a piece of plywood of about 3'x 3'. This is done with two screws through the riser and plywood. Spacers should be used to keep the bow limb clear of the plywood when in use. Tie a loop on the bowtip that will allow you to use it with a release.  Then mount a mechanical release on the plywood far enough from the limb tip to permit some adjustment. This will allow a quail or pheasant shot of 30-45 degrees.

The same set up will work for discs, but would require using two pieces of plywood bolted together with the right distance for the disc being used. Then it could be used for 90 degree lanches.

I built one of these once but we never had the right area to use it.

I took some 2" Styrofoam insulation and cut out a disc then trimmed one side down so that it would fit snugly into the slot on my clay pigeon thrower. Attached 50' of rope with a loop in the end so I could use my foot to set it off.

Here is a target thrower.
That is the one I modeled my first one after, my 2nd one is similar, just with some improvements.

Mike,
I only need the lengths of your throwing arm and the four legs if possible. Thanks.

Hey Mike if you rivet a thin stip of lexan across the front of the lexan head like in the picture then place the disk so the front edge is sitting on the strip when you launch the disk it will spin like a frisbee and you can get real good flight.
