I didn't get taken to the extent of some others here, but I did send him some items that I had up for trade and he offered to trade with me.  I have not received the items he promised and guess at this point shouldn't expect to.  If anyone would like his mailing address send me a PM.  Thanks!

It's official, he has taken himself off the site. You cannot even look him up by using his membership number. If you will notice on his past posts, the PM icon no longer appears.

there are 3 Ronald Ollis listed on whitepages.com in Indiana....all 3 show address, but only 2 show phone number...if you guys match up the address, 1 of the 2 may have the phone number you need...good luck and sorry for the bad deal...... Mr. Ollis needs a visit for sure.

You know it's kind of weird but when I exchanged addresses with Ronald Ollis I included my home phone number.  Yesterday I got a call that my caller ID only identified as "Indiana".  When I picked it up no one responded when I said hello several times but I could tell someone was there.  I didn't think all that much about it until reading all this today and started wondering if it was him.  So I just called the number back and got a message that the number has been disconnected.  Don't know if it was him or not, but I wouldn't normally be getting a call from Indiana.

Got him! Ronald Eugene Ollis, Corydon, Indiana. 30 years old and has a wife whos name I know but will not post here for obvious reasons. I also have his home address. Phone number has been disconnected strangely enough but the Corydon Police dept. will be receiving a call.

Here is the address that I sent the payment to:

Ronald Ollis
3425 Hwy. 62 N.E. Lot 1
Corydon, IN 47712

It's probably a mobile home according to my mail carrier and I bet he is not there anymore. He or someone at that address did however sign for the priority mail that I sent so it wasn't just a blind drop.
According to the e-mail notification that I received from him through TradGang, his e-mail is: [email protected]

That's the address that I have for him also Chuck. I "googled" him to get the info. As Clark posted above, the number was disconnected.

According to google satilite, the address is of a very nice place near the Kentucky state line. Nice big home with a very long driveway off hwy 62.

Joe:Thanks so much for your sleuthing. Excellent job.

Mike: Thank you for starting this thread. Looks like there is a dang good chance of his getting nabbed.

I thought a person had to have at least 100 posts before they could sell anything on TG. I must have looked him up before everything was removed and he had something like only 43 or 48 posts.

My experience on TrafGang has been nothing short of positive with sales and purchases that have all been true to the people behind them. It is really sad that a bad one snuck through. I really think the 100 Posts criteria to sell bows puts the bar high enough to keep the crooks out. Maybe they need to look at something along that line for the other areas too.  I hope everyone that has been taken by him contacts the local police and the postal service to bring this low life down. Very sorry for all you who have been taken!
