Brian did the same for my bow. He saw it after hunting season and was not happy with how the finish was holding up. This was one of his first bows since making them full time.I did not have issue with it, since a lot of my bows get beat up during a lengthy bow season in the wet. Even my Wes Wallace, my own bows I make, and Brackenbury bows need to get a  new finish from time to time. Anyway, Brian took it upon himself to refinish the bow as he said he changed to a new finishing product and was not happy with a couple of his first bows. Yes its good buisness, but it also says a lot about Brian and his attempt to make folks happy with a hunting tool we are becoming attached to. Mike

I sure have been debating that!  It would not only look awesome....the way his grips are made I could only think it would feel awesome as well.

Got mine checkered and it's even sweeter.  Brian refinished a bow I bought used for nothing.  Class act all the way and a heck of a guy just to chat with.  Did I mention all his bows are awesome, hey steve you have to post pics of your new bow when you get it.

I am looking forward to experience Brian's customer service when my number comes up, sometime in May, for my longbow build.  :)

Glad you are liking the TT Mike!  I am loving the Shawnee as well!

Good for you, now go hammer a bird with her!
