I shoot a fifty pound recurve and just wanted to know where to start.I would like to have about 250 grains up front maybe more.Thanks

What kind of shaft? What's your draw length? How close to centershot is your bow?

The bow is a samick sage cut on center and I would like to shoot a carbon shaft for durability.My draw is 28.5-29 in.

Not sure about the up front FOC weight but you could start with full length GT Trads in 3555 with 145gr tip up front.

BigJim has the blems in stock if you move fast.
