Thinking about trying some Gold Tips 1535.  Have been using Trad Only 500's from 3 Rivers.  29 inch, 145 up front and they shoot well.  All my bows are 45-49lbs with a 28 inch draw.  Just curious if these lighter arrows would work well out of most of my set ups??  Any input would be appreciated.

Your going to have better options one size heavier in spine.

I shoot 3555's @ 45 #'s, and they work great. Full length with only 125 up front.

I shoot both 1535 and 3555 both full length from my 45@28 Big Jim TC and Buff, I draw 27"s... the 1535 with an aluminum insert with a 50 grain weight screwed to the back and a 100 grain tip or blade. They fly like a dart from the TC and well from the Buff... the 3555 I shoot with 100 grain brass inserts and 100 grain tip or blade. They shoot like darts from the Buff and good from the TC....

With your little bit of extra draw length you might have to trim them a bit. I think you can get both 1535 and 3555"s to fly well, the choice depends on how heavy you want to build your arrows?

I'm getting some really nice flight out of the GT 1535 and CE 2040 cut to 29in with 145gr head out of my Fedora. I think these will be my main arrows as I don't need anything to heavy for what I will be hunting(squirrel, turkey, whitetail).

I'm still pretty new to trad & still trying match my arrows to my bows, as well.

I just ordered some 1535's for my 35# Martin Hunter. According to Stu Miller's Dynamic Spine Calculator, they should be perfect with a 125 gr. point.

But for you, Djanko, you may want to go with something a little beefier. At 29", the 1535 seems a little light, even if you drop to a 100 grain tip. An 85 grain tip puts you in the ballpark, but that's very light.

The 3555 looks to be a better choice, at least according to the DSC.

I would say the 35/55 would be the better choice.

Don't know about the 15/35's but I am working on some Carbon Force X weave 100's for my 44# Widow PL.  Chart says on the money with 162 gr head weight at 29" bop.. 9 gr/inch with 20.1 FOC

These are an experiment.... lower gpp but still OK according to mfg and 190 fps....

I would think if you are checking your flight etc they will work.  Be sure that weight is what ya want if you are going to hunt with them.

I can shoot the 1535's out of any of the bows listed in my signature, they shoot great out of all. I have 3555 also, they also shoot good out of the bows but I think they show a little spine stiff and that is why I went to the 1535 size.

If you get the 1535's and they don't fly real good, I'll buy them from you, how's that for confidence.

A .600 spine deflection (the 1535) is better suited for 40-45# bows, especially if draw length is no less than 28".

If looking for a little less arrow weight, I would take a look at the Easton Epic 500 which is a 7.3 gpi shaft.

The trad only 500s that your shooting now are .500 spine.
a gold tip 35/55 is also a .500 spine arrow, the 15/35s are a .600spine. So if your trad onlys are shooting good for your setup, then go with the gold tip 35/55s to keep them the same.
