My problem was bone spurs. Lot of clicking and pain. They had to be ground off , both looked like sharks teeth. Just sliced right through both rotators. The bad news is that they grow back!!  :(

Don't give up! Age is just a stste of mind. I will be turning 69 in two weeks and I am looking forward to the upcoming deer season and shooting my bow as much as time permits. you can work your way back up in draw weight but go easy and give it time to heal. Hope things go better for you.
