Need arrow help for new Horne

Hey all I just bought a hornes 3pc combo hunter 53@28 64.
I am needing to get some new arrows for it and will have to do this blind through the mail though.
I would like heavy and carbon so am thinking the tapered Arrow dynamics?
I want to use a 250grn point as I love the terminator broadheads.
I shoot three under and draw 28"
I would also like to shoot a 6 strand string but for now I think it will be 12 or 14 fast flight/dyna flight.
Thanks for all.

Always liked Horne bows. Go to Stu's Calculator and you won't get any bad advise. What works for some people, doesn't for other. I shoot that weight at 29 and shoot .600 arrow with 285 up fromt. I would not advise you to try that. For me it shoots good through paper from 12 feet to 12 yds, with big snuffers.

You can go with the AD Traditionals or Trad Hammerheads depending on what wt you are wanting.

I shoot a Horne Flint Quest 50@28 but draw to 30. I shoot AD tradlites cut at 31.5 with 250 up front. They work great for me. They are also extremely tolerant of different point weights and bow draw weights. Hope this helps. BTW, I've had a combo and really enjoyed it.

I'm shootin a combo hunter 55#@26 my arrows are cut at 28 in. I shoot goldtip 35/55 trads. I like goldtip cause they make brass weights that ya can screw in to the back of the insert. My points are 175gr,and i got 250 gr of weights added on to the insert.gives ya a way to change the point weight till ya come up with the rite combo. The weights come in 10-25-50-100gr inc.A little lock-tite is all ya need to make shure that the weights dont move.
