I have had three of ricks bows. 2 long bows and one recurve. All of mine where td's my nephew got a stinger and that is a sweat little bow. Don't see strikers up for sale much, that says a lot.
Very good bows and Rick is great to deal with.

I own a Striker Select recurve for four years now. Here's what I'll say about the bow. I love the grip it is more like a longbow grip and gives me a nice low wrist that I prefer.(Rick made this grip per my request to feel like his personal bow) The bow is a very quiet bow with 0 hand shock, I've wondered if this has to do with the limbs, they are fairly skinny limbs. She is not a speed demon if thats what you are looking for. A very smooth bow to draw with a short riser and nice length to the limbs she glides right back. As far as how she shoots if you do your part the bow will do its. My 3-D scores so far this year are a 243, 247, and a 257 on 30 target courses shooting 10-8-5.
Here are some pics Good luck Joe

My striker stinger td longbow is still my favorite
bow. It shoots better or at least as good as any I've tried or owned. The finish on mine is also very good. I'd recommend them to anyone. I plan on trying a recurve at Cloverdale in a couple weeks.
Give one a try if you get a chance.

My wife has one and loves it, the look, the feel, the way it shoots are all very impressive. I shoot it very well and wouldnt hesitate to take it hunting anytime.

My wife has a longbow and really likes it. We picked this one up at the expo in Kalamazoo a couple years ago.

Awesome bows. I've got a Stinger 1 pc. "Desert Camo" that I piced up a couple months back and it's a joy to shoot. Shot 3D last weekend w/ it and had a ton of comments on how quiet and accurate it was.
I've recently decided to move all my long bows to the 62"-64" range as I'm finding out I shoot them better w/ my long draw lenth. I'll prob let this one go in the near future, but it'll get replaced w/ a longer version. Great bows for sure!

I have shot his bows and visited his shop.
My cousin bought one from him.
His bows seem as good as any other bowyers.
They're a hybrid and pretty snappy.
Him and his wife seem to be nice people.

About a year ago I went to Rick's shop for a private lesson. I walked out with an order placed. I absolutely love this bow. I did some 3D today at the local range and one of the compound guys fell in love with it too.
Anyone looking for a trad bow should check these out.
Rick is a top-notch guy as well
