There are some donated by Oliverstacy you can win in the auction. He makes great strings and is a sponsor here.

Chad Weaver is a sponsor here, using the handle "LBR". He makes great strings and has a really good video on making them called "Doin' the Twist". He's made several for me and they were all perfect.

Measure your current string (inside loop to inside loop) and order that actual length.  Forget about "AMO Standard" string lengths; they are wrong more often than not.

Lots of good string makers out there, but you should learn to make your own... it is a part of the Trad experience..

I needed a new bowstring for my 66", 37# recurve. I decided to try out one of our members on here who makes bowstrings.

I just received a new bowstring from Chad Weaver (LBR) of Champion Custom Bowstrings. Chad pre-stretches the bowstring too.

I went with a 62", Flemish 2 bundle 12 strand Dyna97 bowstring. The flemish loops are padded with 18 strands.

I really like this new bowstring.....and so does my 37# bow.

X2 on that.  It is fun and you can whip one up in just a few minutes whenever you need one.
