Newbie looking for local traditional archers
«

Hi I,m brand new to traditional archery and this forum. I've been shooting a Bear Montana longbow for 6 weeks now. Is there a way I can use this forum to find local traditional archers in my area (Marietta GA) ?
Thanks, MichaelH

Try looking up local archery clubs, also, go on the the local trad gatherings ( 3-D shoots, target shoots ) in the main forum list and try to make it to one, you will meet a lot of nice people very willing to give you any help and advice they have.
Welcome to the trad gang and good luck !

Georgia is represented in the Traditional Clubs forum, down at the bottom of the list of TG forums.
Go introduce yo-seff!
Oh, and welcome!

there are a bunch of us in Cherokee county just north of you. If you click on "directory" near the top of the page you can search members by location. type in Georgia or GA. you might even try Marietta, Woodstock, Canton or other nearby towns. there is a Traditional club in Gainsville PM Dutchman for more information on that

Absolutely no one in GA that shoots archery
Stick around I think you will have more friends than you will know what to do with in no time.
Welcome to the clan.
