Military Arrows
« on: June 13, 2011, 08:55:00 PM »
I am an Air Force retiree. My son-in-law bought me some Air Force wraps for my new carbons for my birthday. I am now making my first set of Air Force arrows. Does anyone else have some military arrows to show off? I'll post pictures when I finish.

No arrows to show you, but I'm thinkin' maybe one each red, white, and blue feather.  Gateway makes a tri-color feather called the Patriot, red, white, and blue.  Pics of the wraps?

I was actually thinking about cresting the AF small arms expert ribbon on my woodies.  Just got to get all the colors rounded up.

I crested some with a combat action ribbon scheem and a Vietnam Nam serviceribbo pattern. I could personalize with personal decorations too, but won't  chest tells your story

These aren't Military, but certainly Patriotic. The ones in the pics are in the hands of the Military in Afganistan though.

PatriarchArcher, where did he get Air Force wraps? I did 6 years in the AF and I'd love to make up some of those.

Not branch specific, but I have and use wraps made up with Vietnam Campaign colors that match those on the ribbon.

I would sure be interested in some wraps, or whatever, with the Marine Corps logo and maybe the RVN campaign ribbon or the CAR.
