sorry guys a carnt shoot this week work has pined me against the wall

I scored the first arrow in the 4 ring and the other two off the plate for a whopping 8 pts. Needless to say I'd let the bull walk or at least sit or kneel for the shot at risk of scaring him rather than wounding him. Good challenge.  I do like the diffent shooting scenarios as it gives you an idea of your limitations and abilities.  Good practice.

My first was great for what I expected with line cutter low of center on the 8 line.  Then I managed a clean miss of the whole plate.  I got back on track with a high wide 6. I shot one more and got a 4 just for fun.  It was not that hard to keep the arrow on the shelf because I have done some back bending shoots, but I had a hard time trying to get good back tension and anchor consistent on my back. It was like I couldn't get my shoulder blades to move.

SOOOOO...THANK YOU B.glass for an original, unusual scenario!  I'm the new guy picking up the scoresheet from Zradix.  After wk 4, Osage61 has the reins for wk 5's challenge.  looper is out in front with a consistently great 114, followed by gto_guy and xtrema312 with stout 112's!  
There are many scores still out.  Following snakebit40's lead, I am accepting any make-ups; just say what week you are shooting, and post in the current thread.  Don't post in the old thread!  I'm not going to backtrack.

Brett, that picture of you is pretty cool! Mind if I save it?

I don't mind.  I didn't attempt your advice in how to hold the string to keep the arrow on the shelf--you can see I'm holding it up with my bow hand pointer finger.  The hardest thing for me (took some practice) was establishing an aimpoint.  Very disorientating--I was happy to hit the plate two out of three times!
