I want to say thanks for all the snake skin topics and quiver build along threads lately. It got me motivated to finish these..

First is the quiver.. 4" drain pipe , a little ASAT fleece from the fabric store and a couple old piggy backers for judos.

Next is the Bow.. 64" GN i took my first trad deer with. Fixed up with 1 copper head my dad killed 12 years ago..

Nice job

Very nice.  I've got some drain pipe cut to do the exact same thing, I just need to finish the project.  How did you attach the shoulder strap?  The drain pipe I used seems a little thin to hold rivets or screws.

Midd, that is one of the things I like about this site. All of the how to threads, from building things to field dressing game, have been very beneficial to me. Excellent work on the quiver and bow.

Nice job I did one similar awhile back.  I like you used cloth inside versus fur like I did, bad move on my part in hindsite catches the arrows on the way out and in and matts up with wet.

@iron lama- If you go to the local store that carries horse tack or leather stuff you can get these little screw/rivits. They are used alot for things like belts. They are the 2-3 rivits that hold your buckle to your belt. They are very affordable and one pack usually has 2 different lengths. So if they are still too long you could make some leather washers to make them tighter. Then to make them stay just put a little loc-tite type material in there to stop it from coming loose. Hope this helps, Mike.

Very nice job on both the bow and quiver! I'm gonna have to try my hand at one of those quivers.
