Beman classic spine

Does anyone know the spine deflection of the Beman MFX arrows? The website doesnt have them posted. Is a 400 = 0.400 deflection? I'm used to CX arrows and the label and spine have no relation to each other.
Thanks,
Norb

Yup, the spine and the sizes are the same number. 340=.340, 400=.400 and 500=.500

Here is a quote from their site. It appears the "400" model # does directly reference the spine:
"Shaft Spine
All Beman shafts use a spine deflection number to determine size. Spine is measured by hanging a 1.94 - pound weight in the center of a 29" shaft to determine deflection (spine). This is why an ICS 500 (.500") is a lighter spine than an ICS 340 (.340")."
